The California/Hawaii/Mexico travel blogger for Orbitz, creator of the Playboy Scout (Playboy’s daily digital lifestyles news feed reaching 300K viewers weekly), and founding editor of LAX Magazine (official in-terminal publication of Los Angeles International Airport). Sole author of Travel Temptations, a high-end full-color travel guidebook series published on Globe Pequot Press (first book two books hitting stores in July, 2009). Quoted as a travel expert in the Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, HotelChatter.com and on Entertainment Tonight. Regular contributor to Brides Magazine, MSNBC, Arthur Frommer Girlfriend Getaways, the LA Times, Forbes Traveler, Robb Report, Away Networks, Islands and other publications. Contributes to a dozen custom pubs including American Eagle Latitudes, Ceasars Player and AAA Going Places. Formerly the Los Angeles editor of the multi-million selling Zagat Restaurant Survey guidebook in 2007 and 2008. Commercial clients include Sony, MGM/Mandalay, Disney, Gateway, Regent Hotels and Subaru.

Favorite TV Show: Fraggle Rock. Favorite Food: Oysters, cherries, Jelly Bellies (caramel popcorn, black licorice, juicy pear, Tutti Frutti and other flavors). Pets: Rocky McDoodle, pictured below. Favorite Place: Samos, Greece (internationally). Mt. Whitney (right here at home). Favorite Classic Film: How to Stuff a Wild Bikini (only b/c of the name, obviously). Watching Now: Amityville Horror, the original. Only because Jimmy the Pirate is making me. And I hate it.
